We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 in the U.S.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery Time:
The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method and the destination. 
USA:

Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days
INTERNATIONAL:

REFUND POLICY
All sales are final once purchased. When you shop from our store, you agree to this policy.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and send us an email to: baehouseonline@gmail.com within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping courier first and send us an email.
